As we’re a few months into 2025, we’ve had time to reflect on what was a record-breaking year for us at Ashtons.
For every estate agent, the number one metric we want to achieve is ‘sales agreed, ‘ and it’s safe to say we smashed that record. Compared to the previous year, our ‘sales agreed’ were up by a whopping 53%.
Not only that, we also remained the top-selling agent, selling 1,400 more homes than the next best-selling agent. Not too shabby ey?
2024 also saw the introduction of our brand new ‘Ashtons Apprenticeship’ scheme, where we welcomed five new aspiring estate agents. As a family-run business we are passionate about people and the community. Our apprenticeship scheme opens the door to local, talented young people and we can’t wait to follow them on their journeys.
As for 2025, there’s plenty more to come and it might even be a certain estate agents, 20th birthday…
