It’s almost been a year since we first launched our apprenticeship scheme here at Ashtons Estate Agency and what a year it’s been.
We’ve welcomed 6 new apprentices in that time, all from different walks of life. Some have joined us more recently, whilst others joined us the beginning, meaning they’ll be fully fledged estate agents very soon! Stay tuned for an announcement on that.
The reason we started this journey was to support young people in the local community and give them a foot in the door in a fast-growing and competitive industry. Getting into the estate agent world can be tough and this scheme makes that opportunity much easier.
You’d think our apprentices were already estate agent veterans and we couldn’t be prouder of the progress they’ve made.
We’ll have more apprentices joining us throughout 2025 as our team across 10 branches in the North West, continues to grow.
