Since the launch of our Commercial Department in August 2016 the division has gone from strength to strength. Similar to our Residential Sales business, word of mouth has proved paramount. With a space in the local market for a customer focused agency we expect this growth to continue into 2017 and beyond. Headed up by AndrewAllison MICBA MNAEA and Steve Price who have over 50 years’ experience in the property market.

About Andrew Allison MICBA MNAEA

Andrew began his estate agency career in 1979 being the third generation of a family business based in Warrington. He has worked for a major PLC estate agency in South Manchester in their prestige homes division and in the mid Cheshire/Chester area for an established independent estate agency. Andrew is a qualified estate agent in both the commercial and residential sectors and is a member of the Institution of Commercial & Business Agents and the National Association of Estate Agents. Andrew joined Ashtons in 2011 to manage their Stockton Heath branch but has latterly moved to run the new commercial division. He has extensive planning and property development experience gained over his thirty eight year career and is able to give confidential advice on both commercial and residential property.
